- If the lampshade was bent when you receive it, We’re sure that they’ve damaged in transit. Please let us know via email and we’ll send you new one for free.
- When installing, cleaning lamps and replacing light bulbs, you must cut off power supply.
- The size is measured by hand, so there may 1-3 cm error, please kindly note that. Thanks.

Delivery time varies based on the product but is typically 2-5 business days, but may be up to 4+ weeks for large freight items like couches.
LOCALLY MADE TO ORDER, SOLID WOOD FURNITURE
Average turn-around time from date of purchase till pick-up or delivery of a made to order solid-wood furniture purchase is 4-6 weeks. Turn-around may be as short as 2 weeks and as long as 12 weeks.
Nearly all custom furniture orders may be picked up for free within 60 miles of any metropolitan area in the continental United States.
However, local delivery for custom furniture is also available!
Cost for custom furniture delivery is based on your proximity to your personal Hawkins Woodshop furniture artisan. You are assigned and introduced to your HW carpenter after purchase. Delivery cost is paid directly to your HW personal furniture artisan 2-3 days prior to scheduled delivery via any payment method you chose (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, FB Pay, Check, Cash, Credit Card, etc).

< 20 miles = $89.97
21-45 miles = $129.97
46-74 miles = $189.97
75-100 miles = $269.97
101-130 miles = $349.97

How much time after I purchase do I have to cancel for a refund?
There are no cancellations or refunds for any order under any circumstances for any reason. If an item arrives damaged or missing parts, Colby and Madilyn Hawkins will work with the manufacturer to provide you parts or a replacement as quickly as possible.
These terms are posted on each product page, on our home page, and require customer consent during checkout and prior to a purchase.
Immediately after placing an order our suppliers go to work getting your order out the door. Due to this, orders can’t be changed or canceled. However, if it arrives damaged or missing parts we get you replacement(s) free of charge, of course!
In extenuating circumstances, customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase via texting 916-692-0554 or emailing sales@hawkinswoodshop.com for store credit.
Will you refund me back onto my card?
Never will an approved order cancellation (one that is done immediately after purchase) be refunded back onto an original payment method. All approved cancellations done prior to receiving an order confirmation by text or email will be refunded back via store credit within 2-3 business days.
Again, once a purchase is confirmed, even prior to shipping, there can be no cancellation under any circumstance and for any reason.
How much time after receiving my non custom order do I have to ask to return the item?
We do not accept returns for any reason. If a product arrives damaged/missing parts please contact Colby at 916-692-0554 or kindly email sales@hawkinswoodshop.com. Rest assured, we'll help get you a free replacement or free delivery of any missing parts.
Shipping delays or other factors beyond our family's immediate control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund.

Orders lost by a carrier are not grounds for cancellation. All lost or damaged delivered orders will be replaced free of charge.

Each item is an original and no two pieces are exactly alike. Lightweight, versatile, easy to assemble, affordable table lamp. I saw assembly directions before I purchased it (I always check out everything prior to purchases). I opened the box and immediately assembled it. Then I looked through my light bulb boxes.
I used a 7 1/2 Watt appliance bulb, the kind that looks like a smooth, round golf ball. Perfect! I taped the cord to the tabletop so I could just reach over and turn it on and off. No fiddling around to find that switch.
I ONLY did that because the lamp is situated in an area with alot of knickknacks, my large iPod speaker, vases, near my InstantPot, and other things. Taping it to the table top (actually small filing cabinet top), makes it so easy to access the switch!
I have no idea how long it will last. But it is exactly perfect for my space, with a light-diffusing lamp shade, and ability to use any standard light bulb up to 40 Watts (?) I think.
I work in my front bedroom turned office. I often walk across the living room, into the kitchen turning left or hallway to bathroom turning right. I need a nightlight to safely walk around.
I don't want to bump into furniture and break something. I have a lot of fragile items everywhere. I don't want to pick up broken glass or ceramics (or lose items I enjoy looking at). Helps prevent giving myself serious black and blue bruises (which I've done far too often in my long life).
Years ago, I bought some cute little vintage lamps that use chandelier bulbs. Came with pretty lace and beaded lampshades. But the flimsy lampshade was bright from various angles. Finally looked for other light bulbs and shades. Then realized I should get a new lamp.
And this is PERFECT for my needs. Hope it lasts awhile!
(I wish the light bulbs I bought locally years ago, sold on Amazon too, would be delivered to my home. I wonder if because I live in California, the exact same bulbs, same manufacturer, won't deliver here but I could buy locally the past. Who knows IF they carry it. And dealing with local hardware stores became a nightmare. Horrible, mean, apathetic clueless employees and minimal stock. So I turn to Amazon, and only Amazon, for many office, household and computer supplies!)

This is a great little light. As soon as I read that this light can accept anything up to a E26 60 watt max light bulb I liked it. I put a 20 watt LED bulb (150 watt equivalent) in this light and it is very bright and lights up my whole room, which is want I wanted. It's a very nice looking light and was easy to assemble. The only change I made was to strip and add in a little longer power cord. This way I can put the switch right where I wanted it and still plug in the light. It's nice to be able to just reach over to switch the light on and off. At 5 inches in diameter, it fits right where I needed it.

Bought this for my elderly father who lives with us. He survived two strokes and and has been diagnosed with onset dementia. He is able to get around with the aid of a walker. Unfortunately he forgets how to turn his bedroom light on and off. This little lamp works perfect for him in the middle of the night while the rest of us are asleep. I have it positioned on a night stand near his bed and angled towards his door. It picks up when he sits up in bed and also when he is returning to his room. Best of all it’s shuts off automatically. The lamp is smaller than I expected and the supplied bulb was not as bright as I thought it should be. But after two weeks using the supplied bulb it is perfect. It’s neither too bright when his dog triggers the sensor, nor is it too dim when he needing to use the bathroom at night. The bulb is brighter than your standard wall-plug-in night lights and the lamp size is small enough not to take up too much room on the nightstand. It does have the option to manually turn the light on and off and could work as a reading lamp. We haven’t used the ac and USB ports on the side but like the added option. Overall, for our application, the price, size and functionality of this lamp works exactly as we hoped for.
