Delivery time varies based on the product but is typically 2-5 business days, but may be up to 4+ weeks for large freight items like couches.
LOCALLY MADE TO ORDER, SOLID WOOD FURNITURE
Average turn-around time from date of purchase till pick-up or delivery of a made to order solid-wood furniture purchase is 4-6 weeks. Turn-around may be as short as 2 weeks and as long as 12 weeks.
Nearly all custom furniture orders may be picked up for free within 60 miles of any metropolitan area in the continental United States.
However, local delivery for custom furniture is also available!
Cost for custom furniture delivery is based on your proximity to your personal Hawkins Woodshop furniture artisan. You are assigned and introduced to your HW carpenter after purchase. Delivery cost is paid directly to your HW personal furniture artisan 2-3 days prior to scheduled delivery via any payment method you chose (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, FB Pay, Check, Cash, Credit Card, etc).
Built-to-order furniture delivery rates are:
< 20 miles = $89.97
21-45 miles = $129.97
46-74 miles = $189.97
75-100 miles = $269.97
101-130 miles = $349.97

Returns and Exchanges
If you receive an order that is damaged or incomplete at the time of delivery, we want to make it right! You may exchange the damaged or incomplete item at no cost. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

2. Document the Damage: If applicable, take clear photos of the damaged or incomplete items, as this will help us expedite the exchange process. Once we reply to your contact request you’ll be able to share multi-media via email.
3. Arrange for Exchange: Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange of the damaged or incomplete item at no additional cost to you.
Refunds

Okay so I have a few things to say. First I would like to say that I’m in love with this vanity it’s perfect and fits perfectly in the spot that I had picked out for it. My last vanity I had I made myself and it was super bright which I loved and I was skeptical of this vanity bc it has built in lights but it is very bright so I’m very content. When it comes to storage space it’s 10 out of 10. I have a medium collection of make up and this has made me realize I need more lol. The only thing I did not like was the assembly. It says it would take 3 hours with 2 people and it took 7 hours so definitely not the quickest thing to build but worth it in my opinion. Overall I will say it’s a 9 out of 10, the one point is because of how long it took to put together. If you are looking for a vanity I definitely recommend this one.

I don’t normally write product reviews but I had to for this vanity. My husband usually complains every time he has to put something like this together but he actually didn’t complain at all. There are a lot of parts but once you sort them, the process moved very quickly. He put it together alone and I would say all in all it took him 3 hours. It’s pretty well made, stable and exactly as pictured and a great product for the price. Highly recommend!!!!

This has a LOT of pieces. It took me about 5 hours total. All pieces were present and accounted for, and the best part: EVERYTHING LINED UP. There were no issues, at all, getting pegs or cam screws in holes. The rails were the easiest I have ever assembled. I am so impressed with how easy assembly actually was, and the instructions were super clear and functional. I only needed help to bring it in the house ( where I unpacked it, and lined the pieces up against the wall for ease of finding,) and putting the top part ( I assembled by myself) on the bottom part ( I also assembled by myself.) I loved the almost glittery sheen of the veneer, but I did not like the greenish gold metal legs, so I sanded them down and spray painted them rose gold. I also upgraded the knobs to crystal ones I got from Big Lots. Altogether, this is a nice piece, worth the time it takes to put together, and it looks so nice in the room.
It is somewhat short, BUT I am 5'5", and I can use it just fine with a vanity bench. A desk chair may not be low enough for taller people. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go merchandise my vanity!!
