No costly prime membership is required nor is any bogus minimum order amount required.
Delivery time varies based on the product but is typically 2-5 business days, but may be up to 4+ weeks for large freight items like couches.
LOCALLY MADE TO ORDER, SOLID WOOD FURNITURE
Average turn-around time from date of purchase till pick-up or delivery of a made to order solid-wood furniture purchase is 4-6 weeks. Turn-around may be as short as 2 weeks and as long as 12 weeks.
Nearly all custom furniture orders may be picked up for free within 60 miles of any metropolitan area in the continental United States.
However, local delivery for custom furniture is also available!
Cost for custom furniture delivery is based on your proximity to your personal Hawkins Woodshop furniture artisan. You are assigned and introduced to your HW carpenter after purchase. Delivery cost is paid directly to your HW personal furniture artisan 2-3 days prior to scheduled delivery via any payment method you chose (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, FB Pay, Check, Cash, Credit Card, etc).
Built-to-order furniture delivery rates are:
< 20 miles = $89.97
21-45 miles = $129.97
46-74 miles = $189.97
75-100 miles = $269.97
101-130 miles = $349.97

How much time after I purchase do I have to cancel for a refund?
There are no cancellations or refunds for any order under any circumstances for any reason. If an item arrives damaged or missing parts, Colby and Madilyn Hawkins will work with the manufacturer to provide you parts or a replacement as quickly as possible.
These terms are posted on each product page, on our home page, and require customer consent during checkout and prior to a purchase.
Immediately after placing an order our suppliers go to work getting your order out the door. Due to this, orders can’t be changed or canceled. However, if it arrives damaged or missing parts we get you replacement(s) free of charge, of course!
In extenuating circumstances, customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase via texting 916-692-0554 or emailing sales@hawkinswoodshop.com for store credit.
Will you refund me back onto my card?
Never will an approved order cancellation (one that is done immediately after purchase) be refunded back onto an original payment method. All approved cancellations done prior to receiving an order confirmation by text or email will be refunded back via store credit within 2-3 business days.
Again, once a purchase is confirmed, even prior to shipping, there can be no cancellation under any circumstance and for any reason.
How much time after receiving my non custom order do I have to ask to return the item?
We do not accept returns for any reason. If a product arrives damaged/missing parts please contact Colby at 916-692-0554 or kindly email sales@hawkinswoodshop.com. Rest assured, we'll help get you a free replacement or free delivery of any missing parts.
Shipping delays or other factors beyond our family's immediate control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund.

Orders lost by a carrier are not grounds for cancellation. All lost or damaged delivered orders will be replaced free of charge.

Given its hand made and hand-finished nature, variations and imperfections in solid, real-wood furniture are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is an original and no two pieces are exactly alike. By their nature, wood planks may be somewhat uneven and may develop small cracks and cup or bow over time due to changes in temperature or humidity. We believe this only enhances the furniture's rustic, unique character.
There are no cancellations or refunds on built-to-order furniture.

Looked around for various options, and finally I decided on the Rubbermaid Cart. Being from little boy used to Rubbermaid product, I ordered this cart with great confidence that it will serve my purpose I need it for.
Not after a quick and very easy assembly, this cart served to haul my tool box from one end of my 2 car carport to and from my hobby room with ease.
This cart will be used also when we have BBQ in our garden to take all necessary to and from the main kitchen to the garden table with just one ride.
The product is Rubbermaid and the brand stands for quality. In all aspects! I read a lot of costumers feed back, but one can’t go after all the mishaps that few costumers share.
The product is a good well made 500Lbs and will perform A-1 if used for the jobs is made for.
The casters are all 4 from a well know quality brand “Flautless”, this brand is a very well know quality brand. And that is what you get with this cart.

I bought this cart to cart around a small selection of tools and supplies around the plant. It sure beats pushing around a heavy tool box. I keep some chemicals, rags, and a small bucket for trash on the bottom shelf. The top shelf is a good size. The width is perfect as some spaces are narrow and this cart seems to be the perfect size to squeeze through otherwise impassable areas. It comes with cheap casters. 2 swivel and 2 fixed. They are NOT ball bearing. Only a shaft through a plastic wheel. I replaced them with 4 swivel casters I picked up from the local hardware store which are ball bearing and it rolls much better now. The mounting plate hole pattern is a standard size so many after-market wheels will fit this cart just fine. The increased steering capability of 4 swivels can be a love-hate-love relationship; sometimes it doesn't want to steer straight, and then there are times it is able to maneuver in the tightest of spaces and I absolutely love that they all swivel. The handle sticks out so you wont kick the cart with your feet and provides a nice little catch-all bin for wire nuts, screws, etc. and there is also a pen holder which can accommodate several pens, markers, and utility knife. The handle is comfortable and at the right height for me - I'm 5'10" and I don't have to hunch over to hold it and my feet don't hit the cart or wheels. It seems very sturdy and I feel comfortable it will live up to it's weight capacity rating without any issues. Assembly was a breeze with a minimal amount of fasteners.

I needed a very sturdy cart to support a large freeze dryer and oil pump (approximately 175 pounds) and I needed to be able to move it freely. I looked at several options at the big hardware box stores and ordered something that would work but was twice the price of the Rubbermaid cart and would be much heavier. I found this by chance and am very glad that I did👍👍👍 Assembly instructions are a little sketchy and are printed on one panel of the cardboard shipping container but a visit to YouTube entering “how assemble Rubbermaid push cart” will take you where you need to go. I strongly recommend using a rubber mallet and a ratchet with Phillips head and extension. Overall assembly was easy if I followed the directions 🤓 especially noting that the rear wheels swivel and the front are stationary. Great item and I strongly recommend it to anyone.
