No costly prime membership is required nor is any bogus minimum order amount required.
Delivery time varies based on the product but is typically 2-5 business days, but may be up to 4+ weeks for large freight items like couches.
LOCALLY MADE TO ORDER, SOLID WOOD FURNITURE
Average turn-around time from date of purchase till pick-up or delivery of a made to order solid-wood furniture purchase is 4-6 weeks. Turn-around may be as short as 2 weeks and as long as 12 weeks.
Nearly all custom furniture orders may be picked up for free within 60 miles of any metropolitan area in the continental United States.
However, local delivery for custom furniture is also available!
Cost for custom furniture delivery is based on your proximity to your personal Hawkins Woodshop furniture artisan. You are assigned and introduced to your HW carpenter after purchase. Delivery cost is paid directly to your HW personal furniture artisan 2-3 days prior to scheduled delivery via any payment method you chose (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, FB Pay, Check, Cash, Credit Card, etc).

21-45 miles = $129.97
46-74 miles = $189.97
75-100 miles = $269.97

How much time after I purchase do I have to cancel for a refund?
There are no cancellations or refunds for any order under any circumstances for any reason. If an item arrives damaged or missing parts, Colby and Madilyn Hawkins will work with the manufacturer to provide you parts or a replacement as quickly as possible.
These terms are posted on each product page, on our home page, and require customer consent during checkout and prior to a purchase.
Immediately after placing an order our suppliers go to work getting your order out the door. Due to this, orders can’t be changed or canceled. However, if it arrives damaged or missing parts we get you replacement(s) free of charge, of course!
In extenuating circumstances, customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase via texting 916-692-0554 or emailing sales@hawkinswoodshop.com for store credit.
Will you refund me back onto my card?
Never will an approved order cancellation (one that is done immediately after purchase) be refunded back onto an original payment method. All approved cancellations done prior to receiving an order confirmation by text or email will be refunded back via store credit within 2-3 business days.
Again, once a purchase is confirmed, even prior to shipping, there can be no cancellation under any circumstance and for any reason.
How much time after receiving my non custom order do I have to ask to return the item?
We do not accept returns for any reason. If a product arrives damaged/missing parts please contact Colby at 916-692-0554 or kindly email sales@hawkinswoodshop.com. Rest assured, we'll help get you a free replacement or free delivery of any missing parts.
Shipping delays or other factors beyond our family's immediate control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund.

Each item is an original and no two pieces are exactly alike. I don’t generally write many reviews because I buy SO much off of Amazon. Lol! If you have a high anxiety or crate anxiety dog or a destructive fur baby you absolutely MUST BUY this crate/kennel. It is worth every penny and then some!!! I would have paid double for this crate, given its quality, design, and size. It is literally indestructible!! I own a Dutch Shepherd, who has the highest level of crate anxiety I’ve ever seen. And I have owned and fostered numerous “aggressive” dogs (German Shepherds, Pitbulls, Huskies, and Rottweilers). A regular wire crate was enough to hold them. But my Dutch Shepherd…WOW! She tore through 2 wire crates in a matter of days!! The expense of both those wire crates equaled the cost of this one. I knew I needed a beast of a crate/kennel for her. My primary concern was for her safety. Wire crates are simply not safe for high anxiety/crate anxiety dogs. She was able to bend and break the wires and shredded the plastic crate tray. Not only could she have broken her teeth, she could have cut herself with the broken wires and cut her pads with the cracks in the plastic crate tray. I cannot say enough about this crate. Don’t think, don’t second guess, just buy it. You will not be disappointed!! It’s super easy to assemble. I had it together in 15 minutes. For reference, my Dutch Shepherd is 60 pounds, 38” long, and 20” tall.

My 220 pound Boerboel turned 3 today and his old standard wire crate was falling apart becoming extremely dangerous. I ordered this one and was bummed it would be here a few day's after his birthday but it got here early!!! I was amazed it was so easy to put together. The plastic tray is supposed to go under the wire mesh on the bottom but I put it on top so his nails don't get injured and he's more comfortable. Being that he's an enormous Boerboel Mastiff he's an extremely powerful dog that could easily bend the old wire crate but this crate will definitely not bend or break any time soon, if ever! It's wheels will make it very easy to move and vacuum around too! I know it's just a boring dog crate but I'm so excited to see how heavy duty and secure this awesome crate is!
I highly recommend this crate to anyone with a giant breed or an extremely strong dog. You won't be disappointed!

I feel like I could keep a lion in here. I am fostering a St Bernard mix and wanted him comfortable when I’m away. But didn’t realize it would be so tall. Took my ole self a while to put together but it was straight forward and easy enough. Dimensions are provided, you need to take them seriously 😉 he likes this crate however. Lots of room to move around and very heavy duty! I Love it and it is totally worth the money to me.
