LOCALLY MADE TO ORDER, SOLID WOOD FURNITURE
Average turn-around time from date of purchase till pick-up or delivery of a made to order solid-wood furniture purchase is 4-6 weeks. Turn-around may be as short as 2 weeks and as long as 12 weeks.
Nearly all custom furniture orders may be picked up for free within 60 miles of any metropolitan area in the continental United States.
However, local delivery for custom furniture is also available!
Cost for custom furniture delivery is based on your proximity to your personal Hawkins Woodshop furniture artisan. You are assigned and introduced to your HW carpenter after purchase. Delivery cost is paid directly to your HW personal furniture artisan 2-3 days prior to scheduled delivery via any payment method you chose (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, FB Pay, Check, Cash, Credit Card, etc).

< 20 miles = $89.97
21-45 miles = $129.97
46-74 miles = $189.97
75-100 miles = $269.97
101-130 miles = $349.97

How much time after I purchase do I have to cancel for a refund?
There are no cancellations or refunds for any order under any circumstances for any reason. If an item arrives damaged or missing parts, Colby and Madilyn Hawkins will work with the manufacturer to provide you parts or a replacement as quickly as possible.
These terms are posted on each product page, on our home page, and require customer consent during checkout and prior to a purchase.
Immediately after placing an order our suppliers go to work getting your order out the door. Due to this, orders can’t be changed or canceled. However, if it arrives damaged or missing parts we get you replacement(s) free of charge, of course!
In extenuating circumstances, customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase via texting 916-692-0554 or emailing sales@hawkinswoodshop.com for store credit.
Will you refund me back onto my card?
Never will an approved order cancellation (one that is done immediately after purchase) be refunded back onto an original payment method. All approved cancellations done prior to receiving an order confirmation by text or email will be refunded back via store credit within 2-3 business days.
Again, once a purchase is confirmed, even prior to shipping, there can be no cancellation under any circumstance and for any reason.
How much time after receiving my non custom order do I have to ask to return the item?
We do not accept returns for any reason. If a product arrives damaged/missing parts please contact Colby at 916-692-0554 or kindly email sales@hawkinswoodshop.com. Rest assured, we'll help get you a free replacement or free delivery of any missing parts.
Shipping delays or other factors beyond our family's immediate control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund.

Orders lost by a carrier are not grounds for cancellation. All lost or damaged delivered orders will be replaced free of charge.

Given its hand made and hand-finished nature, variations and imperfections in solid, real-wood furniture are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is an original and no two pieces are exactly alike. PLEASE - DO NOT BUY THIS FAN !!!

I have built/hung many, many fans in my 49 years on this god forsaken planet in several different homes. This is BY FAR the worst pile of you know what I have come across. And we are likely talking about at least 15 fans.
When I have a fan running in my bedroom at night (in Arizona), I need it to be quiet and move a decent amount of air. I am not expecting a miracle, but just no constant "clicking" or "humming". Also, the majority of the fans that I have tried have 3 speeds in which the LOW speed is almost useless... the MEDIUM speed is OK, but not really fast enough for certain times when it is hooter and the FAST is so GD fast that the air chuffing is ridiculously loud.
The 3 years in this home I live in currently, I have been through 3 fans now. These are ALL CHINESE CRAP!!! I want my time back... I want to be able to charge Amazon or the seller for my 2+ hours that I WASTED building this thing and putting it up, then taking it back down and repacking. I now have to take this back down, disassemble and re-box and drive to the UPS Store to drop off. Then order another fan, wait for that one to arrive and hope for the best. This is COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS.
The entire fan feels cheap - cheaper than most.
The instructions are terrible (as others have mentioned)... showing things that do not pertain to this fan. One page shows the parts list and DOES NOT show/mention a "CANOPY RING". Then when you get into the actual installation, is shows a "CANOPY RING" and shows you how to install it. That would be fine IF THERE WAS ACTUALLY A GD CANOPY RING INCLUDED!!!
Missing a critical part (see previous)... the canopy ring that covers the two silver screws was not in the box, so when you look up, you see the two screws exposed - looks dumb.
The LED light... DUMB. Offers 3 different light colors (light temperatures), which is kinda nice feature, but you have to cycle through EACH ONE, EVEY TIME you turn the light on to get to the color temperature that you like.... WOW.
Finally got it all hooked up, everything tightened well, etc. Right off the bat, the thing is making this "rubbing" noise. Sounds like the wood blades are hitting something as it spins. As you turn up the speed, it gets worse and then the fan (of course) starts to wobble.
I implore anyone reading this to skip this fan and spend some more money... this is a total PILE OF S**T.

This is the 2nd fan with light I bought from Amazon and I installed in immediately after I received it. I have used is for a few days and I’d like to provide some feedbacks for other buyers to consider. The wooden design is very elegant and nice which fit with my room pretty well. I also like the different levels of wind strength, and it gives me a lot of choices. One thing I think it needs to improved is that the instruction missed some steps, for example, how I connect the wooden blade to the main body is confusing (which side I should attach to the top). However, I can resolve it at this end as I am pretty handy enough. Otherwise, it’s pretty easy to install with all the accessories that you need and they also provide extra in case you lost one during the installation. Also the light is bright enough for me to work and also has the choice to be soft enough for me to sleep. I like this product so far and would recommend to handy buyers!

I was searching for a fan to go with our new pool house renovation and came across this unit. Was listed as outdoor compatible and the styling was nice so took a shot. Fan is well built, easy to install, and wiring was simple. It uses a similar controller to what you find in most fans these days. I bypassed the light control so we could run that on separate switch which was easy enough. Multiple speed settings and it all worked as designed out of the box. The different light temperatures are a nice option as well. Lastly the weight on the blades is a lot lighter than you would expect which made the install easy and I found all the holes to line up exactly as they were drilled which is always welcome.
