Delivery time varies based on the product but is typically 2-5 business days but may be up to 4 weeks for large freight items like couches.

Turn-around for Hawkins Woodshop built-to-order custom furniture may be as short as 6 weeks and as long as 12 weeks.

Most custom furniture orders may be picked up for free within 60 miles of metropolitan areas.

1.  How much time after I receive my order do I have if I want to return it for a refund?  There are no returns or exchanges.  

Delays during the COVID-19 pandemic are not grounds for cancellation or refunds.  Everyone is working hard to fulfill orders while supply chains have been decimated across the world.  Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Orders lost by the carrier are not grounds for cancellation.  All orders lost by carriers will be re-ordered for you free of charge.   We sell locally handmade built-to-order furniture here: https://hawkinswoodshop.com/collections/customorder. 

Each item has its origin listed in the product description. 

All items not in the built-to-order product collection linked above are manufactured by our production partners. 

Misunderstanding a product's origin is not cause for a return, cancellation, or refund.

In the rare occurrence an item is damaged during shipping, Hawkins Woodshop is happy to act as your advocate with the manufacturer to secure free replacement parts on your behalf.  Please email sales@hawkinswoodshop.com with photos of damaged items, missing items, and a short customer statement and we'll get to work communicating your needs immediately to the manufacturer.

Customers may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it online for a 15% fee for time processing, coordinating custom build work schedules, contacting our warehouse employees, and/or arranging logistical services such as delivery - all. of which take place once an order is placed online regardless of whether or not a tracking number has been provided.

2.  How will I receive my cancelled order funds? All cancellations must be done within 12 hours of purchasing online.  All cancellations are subject to a 15% fee and funds will be returned by store-credit within 3-5 business days of cancellation.

3.  Does the customer need to pay return shipping, a restocking fee, or any other charges?  A 15% fee is assessed for all eligible cancellations.  There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations after 12 hours of purchase.

4.  What may not be returned?  Orders may not be returned or exchanged. 

However, replacement orders or parts are available free of charge for all orders damaged or lost during shipping.

Custom, handmade orders are not eligible for return under any circumstances and are sold as-is without warranty.
