- SPECIFICATIONS: This convertible sofa is made from premium-quality polyester and has a solid hardwood frame construction. The sofa measures 66.1″ W x 33.1″ D x 29.5″ H. The bed measures 66.1″ W x 37.6″ D x 15.1″ H.
- CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Vacuum occasionally, and use the soft brush attachment to remove particles. Spot clean prior to a full clean. Use a dry cloth with soap and water, and apply pressure using circular motions; avoid harsh chemicals to treat.
- CONVERTIBLE: The back easily folds down to lounge for casual moments. When it’s time to sleep, fully recline it to a Serta-comfortable bed. It also has Serta’s Finger Guard protection to avoid injury.

The sofa position allows you to get cozy with its high-density foam fully supported by its Kiln Dried solid hardwood frame construction and fully supported by its defining chrome metal legs. In the sofa position, the Corey offers you easy to care for quality fabric upholstery and self-pipping tufting. In the Lounger position, the Corey’s backrest reclines 30 degrees and creates a lounger that is ideal for catching a break from the day and allows you to breathe and reset before tacking the next challenges. In the bed position, the Corey’s backrest reclines completely and transforms into a full-size bed. It’s no surprise, that the Corey with its high-density foam throughout the seat and back will have you counting sheep or seeing a plethora of Z’s in minutes. Delivery time varies based on the product but is typically 2-5 business days, but may be up to 4+ weeks for large freight items like couches.
LOCALLY MADE TO ORDER, SOLID WOOD FURNITURE
Average turn-around time from date of purchase till pick-up or delivery of a made to order solid-wood furniture purchase is 4-6 weeks. Turn-around may be as short as 2 weeks and as long as 12 weeks.
Nearly all custom furniture orders may be picked up for free within 60 miles of any metropolitan area in the continental United States.
However, local delivery for custom furniture is also available!
Cost for custom furniture delivery is based on your proximity to your personal Hawkins Woodshop furniture artisan. You are assigned and introduced to your HW carpenter after purchase. Delivery cost is paid directly to your HW personal furniture artisan 2-3 days prior to scheduled delivery via any payment method you chose (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, FB Pay, Check, Cash, Credit Card, etc).

< 20 miles = $89.97
21-45 miles = $129.97
46-74 miles = $189.97
75-100 miles = $269.97
101-130 miles = $349.97
