They are placed in the foam on both sides of the fixed position of the heater, and there is also a label on the top of the foam indicating their location.

What should I do if my remote control is not functioning?
With the product powered on, simultaneously press and hold the child lock button and the light off button on the remote for 3 seconds. Keep holding until you hear a beep from the product control box.

Delivery cost is paid directly to your HW personal furniture artisan 2-3 days prior to scheduled delivery via any payment method you chose (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, FB Pay, Check, Cash, Credit Card, etc).
