Tips Before First Use:

1. For the first time use, as a new machine and without water in the boiler. It is recommended to fill the water without coffee powder and boil it several times to clean the machine. Meanwhile, it can avoid the temperature of coffee being too low and help for better taste of coffee.

2. The coffee powder needs to be pressed flat, but do not press it too tightly, which will affect the normal extraction of coffee.

3. When using the steam function, the STEAM button will flash for a few seconds, you can turn the steam control knob to start steaming when the indicator light stops flashing. The optimal depth of the steam nozzle into the milk is 0.5-1cm.

4. The steam may still remain inside the portafilter, so the extra coffee may slowly drip out after brewing, we suggest to waiting for 15~20s after turn it off.

5. Please read the manual carefully before operating the coffee machine.

Average turn-around time from date of purchase till pick-up or delivery of a made to order solid-wood furniture purchase is 4-6 weeks. Turn-around may be as short as 2 weeks and as long as 12 weeks.

Nearly all custom furniture orders may be picked up for free within 60 miles of any metropolitan area in the continental United States.

However, local delivery for custom furniture is also available!

Cost for custom furniture delivery is based on your proximity to your personal Hawkins Woodshop furniture artisan. You are assigned and introduced to your HW carpenter after purchase. Delivery cost is paid directly to your HW personal furniture artisan 2-3 days prior to scheduled delivery via any payment method you chose (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, FB Pay, Check, Cash, Credit Card, etc).
