Lift Top Coffee Table – You can lift the table top up closer to youself while you’re in the comfy chair. The lift top is just the right height for eating and using laptop. Its really nice coffee tables for living room, especially the extended flat table, you can put a lot of weights on it and it wont even give in. The table top opens and closes very smoothly.
Coffee Table with Storage – Perfect size drawers and storage space in the top of it! Good storage and the fact that the drawers can face either way is a bonus. Between the 2 drawers, the top bin and the shelf in between, it holds more than you would think! Having someplace to store his mouse and keyboard would be great. It was very important to hide things away while still having them easily accessible.
Wood Coffee Table – High Quality wood with a beautiful polish. It is MDF, but with a well done coating veneer or vinyl. The feet have anti-skid material on them which prevents any movement when lifting/closing the table. It also came with corner guards, use them! Corners are sharp.
Easy to Assemble – This coffee table is an extremely easy build. Instructions were clear diagrams for assembly. Put the coffe table together in about 39minutes with 2 people. Also, if using a drill to tighten the screws was more helpful.
Overall Dimension – 41.7*19.7*(17.8-23.6) inch (LxWxH), Its really a nice living room tables, especially the desktop, you can put a lot of weights on it and it wont even give in. Load capacity up to 100 lbs above!
Note: When lifting the top you need to pull from the middle or use to hands on the sides to lift evenly.

Average turn-around time from date of purchase till pick-up or delivery of a made to order solid-wood furniture purchase is 4-6 weeks. Turn-around may be as short as 2 weeks and as long as 12 weeks.

Nearly all custom furniture orders may be picked up for free within 60 miles of any metropolitan area in the continental United States.

However, local delivery for custom furniture is also available!

Cost for custom furniture delivery is based on your proximity to your personal Hawkins Woodshop furniture artisan. You are assigned and introduced to your HW carpenter after purchase. Delivery cost is paid directly to your HW personal furniture artisan 2-3 days prior to scheduled delivery via any payment method you chose (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, FB Pay, Check, Cash, Credit Card, etc).
