1. NOT RECHARGEABLE. The fan need to remain plug in to work, you can operate with remote control.

3. Please hang the fan more than 2.3m above the ground as much as possible. If the hanging fan is not high enough, try to avoid body contact with the fan.
4. Please do not hang directly with the fan power cord.
5. Please make sure the fan blade is fully inserted into bearing before use.
6. Please connect all parts of fan and test before installation.
7. If the fan starts abnormally after power on, it is usually caused by low voltage. Please gently push the fan with your hand to help start.

Q: Remote does not work. Is the fan defective?
A：Firstly, please check if the plastic tap on the battery was removed. Secondly, make sure if the indicator light on the extension cord changes when you change the speed and timer. If the indicator light changes, remote works; If the indicator light does not change, please check the battery in the remote controller. NOTE: The signal receiver of the remote is in the extension cord, kindly please use the remote toward the direction of controller.
Q: Fan turn off itself. Is the fan defective?
A: Please check if the timer function was used. If you want the fan to be ON all the time, please make sure the indicator on the controller is in the option “ALWAYS ON”.
Q: Does not produce sufficient amount of air. Is the fan defective?
A: Please make sure all fan blades was installed in the same direction.
Q：Fan only works one speed, all other speeds shut the fan down. Is the fan defective?
A：Unstable current may cause this problem. How to solve this problem? Step 1: Disconnect the fan and extension cord, only keep the extension cord powered on, then use the remote to test whether the indicator light on the extension cable changes. Step 2: If the indicator light changes, connect the fan to the extension cord, then test the remote three or four times to check if same problem happen.
NOTE: If you press the remote control and there is no response, please check if the indicator light on the remote control lights up when you press the button. Please remove the battery and change a new battery when there is no light.
