NON CUSTOM FURNITURE

Delivery for imported, manufactured furniture by our production partners is FREE NATIONWIDE!

No costly prime membership is required nor is any bogus minimum order amount required.

Delivery time varies based on the product but is typically 2-5 business days, but may be up to 4+ weeks for large freight items like couches.

LOCALLY MADE TO ORDER, SOLID WOOD FURNITURE

Average turn-around time from date of purchase till pick-up or delivery of a made to order solid-wood furniture purchase is 4-6 weeks.  Turn-around may be as short as 2 weeks and as long as 12 weeks.

Nearly all custom furniture orders may be picked up for free within 60 miles of any metropolitan area in the continental United States.

However, local delivery for custom furniture is also available!

Cost for custom furniture delivery is based on your proximity to your personal Hawkins Woodshop furniture artisan.  You are assigned and introduced to your HW carpenter after purchase.  Delivery cost is paid directly to your HW personal furniture artisan 2-3 days prior to scheduled delivery via any payment method you chose (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, FB Pay, Check, Cash, Credit Card, etc).

Built-to-order furniture delivery rates are:
< 20 miles = $89.97
21-45 miles = $129.97
46-74 miles = $189.97
75-100 miles = $269.97
101-130 miles = $349.97

Returns & Cancellations

We've two categories of products for sale.

#1) Solid hardwood custom furniture that we make locally in every region throughout the United States. #2) Non custom furniture manufactured by our production partners. Each item on our store has its origin listed in its product description as made-to-order in the USA or imported from overseas. Kindly note, misunderstanding a product's origin isn't grounds for a cancellation or refund.

Non Custom Furniture Returns & Cancellations:

How much time after I purchase do I have to cancel for a refund?

In extenuating circumstances, customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase via texting 916-692-0554 or emailing sales@hawkinswoodshop.com. There are no refunds on any orders after 24 hours of purchase for any reason. If an order is lost during delivery we will arrange a free replacement. If an order is delivered damaged or missing parts we will procure free replacement parts for you from the manufacturer. Kindly note, buyer's remorse, delays during COVID, etc are not valid for cancellations/refunds.

Will you refund me back onto my card?

All approved order cancellations will be reimbursed via store credit only, minus a 15% fee.

How much time after receiving my non custom order do I have to ask to return the item?

We do not accept returns for any reason. If a product arrives damaged/missing parts please contact Colby at 916-692-0554 or kindly email sales@hawkinswoodshop.com. Rest assured, we'll help get you a free replacement or free delivery of any missing parts.

Delays during the COVID-19 pandemic do not constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund. Everyone is trying their best, including us. Supply chains have been decimated across the world. Thank you for your patience and understanding if we experience a hiccup with your order's supply chain.

Orders lost by a carrier are not grounds for cancellation. All lost or damaged delivered orders will be replaced free of charge.

Given its hand made and hand-finished nature, variations and imperfections in solid, real-wood furniture are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is an original and no two pieces are exactly alike. By their nature, wood planks may be somewhat uneven and may develop small cracks and cup or bow over time due to changes in temperature or humidity. We believe this only enhances the furniture's rustic, unique character.

There are no cancellations or refunds on built-to-order furniture.

But please don't fret, there are lots of reasons we have so many 5 star reviews from customers. Perhaps the biggest reason is we LOVE our customers!  We work until you are completely satisfied, & offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee at time of delivery or pick-up.

This is a great end table for my living room and I like that the plugs and everything are mostly camouflaged so it looks nice as well. I didn't use this in my bedroom because I don't think a flip top design would work for my nightstand but this is great to put next to my couch in the living room because I can keep little things inside of it and away from my cats or people who stop by, and the functionality is great as well. Normally I prefer to have a drawer on my end tables but the ability to store stuff inside the flip top makes up for that, and the two shelves are great for holding things. Overall it's an excellent addition to my decor!

This table is really small. It's absolutely perfect for small places, but it still has room to hold all the stuff you might want at your bedside or chairside. The charging port/outlets work well and are positioned to make your life much easier. I love the little inside cubby for stuff that might get knocked off and the additional shelves for putting stuff that might get in the way of opening the tabletop. It's tiny, but it holds a lot!

It isn't that difficult to build. If you're building challenged as I am, take some time to study the diagrams in the directions. Once you see the whole concept, it makes a lot more sense. Took me maybe an hour total.

Works well in a small apartment. Simple design and easy to assemble. Very pleased with finished result. Blends in well with existing furniture. Practical design. I keep my kindle readers stored in there as well as the chargers, coasters and remote controls. Since it is beside a futon, I like having the outlet and USB charging station attached to this side table so I am not having to reach behind the futon to plug in lights or charge items. The only downside to this design is that it is the most sturdy. I think that if it were wider design it would be more stable but then you'd sacrifice the compact design. Works well for our needs. Great for small living spaces. Would recommend.

This end table is everything that it promised to be in the description. It arrived promptly after ordering, very nicely and securely packaged with adequate protection. I was very pleased with the assembly process and instructions, definitely better than average. The steps were easy to follow, and spare hardware parts were generously given for almost if not all components. The table itself is very convenient because it is small enough to fit in tight spaces, yet large enough to serve a useful purpose. It has a flip top drawer on one side for hidden storage, as well as an outlet with 2 USB jacks on the other side. It is sturdy and well-balanced. In addition, it has a sharp design and will fit it in with many room designs. Regarding value for the money, at approximately $60, it might be possible to get comparable pieces of furniture at discount stores for a little bit less, but at the same time it will likely be hard to find a piece that is this flexible and well-made.

I originally ordered this for my step-son's room, because I liked that he'd be able to charge his phone, iPad and Switch all in one spot, right next to his bed. After putting it together, I decided that I needed it in my sunroom, between our recliners - I am going to have to order a second one for his room because he loves it as much as we do!

It was super easy to assemble, the instructions were easy to follow. It only took me about 20-25 minutes to put it together by myself. It came with extra parts, so many extra parts that I thought I missed a step in the instructions after I had it fully assembled - I actually went back and re-read the instructions and realized that I put it together properly, and the company was just nice enough to provide 2 extra of all of the parts. I was actually able to use one of the parts to repair a different piece of furniture in my home hahaha.

I would 10/10 recommend this product. Oh! I forgot to mention that half of the top lifts up on the table, and I find that super cool because it's like a little hideaway for things that you may not want out all of the time...

Definitely has all the features I could ask for in a side table; multiple shelves, USB/plug for chargers, and an enclosed space for other items. One half of the top can fold completely over for a place to stash things. I supposed the only downside to this over a drawer is that you can't have anything on top of that one side if you want to use the space underneath.

Overall build is very much like ikea furniture, same type of fasteners for MDF/particle board construction. Very simple and easy, and even includes abundant spare hardware! If any piece was missing or broken, there are definitely enough spares to go around for every single piece, even the leg end caps that come pre-installed. Metal legs are also very sturdy and rigid. Probably due to the number of places they are secured (four bolts on each side for the top, then 2 each side for the 2 shelves).

Everything fit together without issue. All the hardware went in easily, and the included combo phillips/hex key worked just fine. The main bolts to the secure everything together are quite long, but the threads are pretty steep, so it's not that arduous.

Above all else, it comes in a color that isn't fake brown wood! It still has a woodgrain pattern, but the black is a nice compliment to spaces with more neutral colors.

Honestly, the only thing I wasn't a fan of was unpacking it all. There was a fair amount of dust of some sort, and bits and pieces of styrofoam to deal with. Not a huge deal, just needed a bit of dusting. All the parts and pieces arrived without damage, so the styrofoam probably helped there as well.
