Simple to setup! Just flip out the legs and set the Stainless Steel Mandoline on a flat surface. Prep your foods and use the Safety Food Pusher to quickly slice or julienne. You can set it over a plate or bowl, too.
Ultra-Sharp Blades
The stainless steel slideway includes removable blades (for easy cleaning) which are adjustable to suit your needs. Select to either slice or julienne your foods in thin or thick sizes by turning the dial knob to the setting you desire.
Easy to Store
Fold the feet flat and tuck this mandoline slicer into a drawer or cupboard to store it, or you can hang it on a kitchen rod for easy access. The folding feet and strong yet slim slideway secure this kitchen essential. Easily tuck it away when not in use.
Slicing (1.0-9.0 mm)
Slice zucchini, squash, celery, garlic, onion, tomato, potato, peppers, and more at the thickness you need. Simply rotate the dial knob to select Slice (from 1.0 mm up to 9.0 mm thickness) or Julienne (4.5 mm, 9.0 mm), depending on what you are making.
Julienne (4.5 mm)
Expertly cuts vegetables in even sizes 4.5 mm thick. Perfect for cutting carrots in thin julienne strips for salads, steaming, and stir fry dishes.
Julienne (9.0 mm)
Got your oil or air fryer oven ready? Quickly process potatoes, sweet potatoes, or yams to create tasty treats (9.0 mm thick) at home. You can even make cheese sticks.
Rubber Non-Slip Feet
Rubber tips on the feet help stabilize the mandoline while you hold the handle to slice and cut foods with the Safety Pusher on the stainless steel slideway.
Helps to Grip and Slice
Slice fruits, vegetables, and cheese by holding the Safety Pusher with your fingers. This keeps your fingers safely away from its ultra-sharp blades.
Prep your food by washing the vegetables or fruits, then slicing off any unwanted ends. Pierce the prepared food on the Safety Pusher. Choose a slicer setting and thickness on the dial knob. Hold the Hand Guard then, with the other hand, safely and firmly move the food with the Safety Pusher along the Stainless Steel Slideway.
