Delivery time varies based on the product but is typically 2-5 business days, but may be up to 4+ weeks for large freight items like couches.

LOCALLY MADE TO ORDER, SOLID WOOD FURNITURE

Average turn-around time from date of purchase till pick-up or delivery of a made to order solid-wood furniture purchase is 4-6 weeks. Turn-around may be as short as 2 weeks and as long as 12 weeks.

Nearly all custom furniture orders may be picked up for free within 60 miles of any metropolitan area in the continental United States.

However, local delivery for custom furniture is also available!

Cost for custom furniture delivery is based on your proximity to your personal Hawkins Woodshop furniture artisan. You are assigned and introduced to your HW carpenter after purchase. Delivery cost is paid directly to your HW personal furniture artisan 2-3 days prior to scheduled delivery via any payment method you chose (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, FB Pay, Check, Cash, Credit Card, etc).

Built-to-order furniture delivery rates are:
< 20 miles = $89.97
21-45 miles = $129.97
46-74 miles = $189.97
75-100 miles = $269.97
101-130 miles = $349.97

Non-Custom-Furniture Returns & Cancellations:

How much time after I purchase do I have to cancel for a refund?

There are no cancellations or refunds for any order under any circumstances for any reason. If an item arrives damaged or missing parts, Colby and Madilyn Hawkins will work with the manufacturer to provide you parts or a replacement as quickly as possible.

These terms are posted on each product page, on our home page, and require customer consent during checkout and prior to a purchase.

Immediately after placing an order our suppliers go to work getting your order out the door. Due to this, orders can’t be changed or canceled. However, if it arrives damaged or missing parts we get you replacement(s) free of charge, of course!

In extenuating circumstances, customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase via texting 916-692-0554 or emailing sales@hawkinswoodshop.com for store credit.

Will you refund me back onto my card?

Never will an approved order cancellation (one that is done immediately after purchase) be refunded back onto an original payment method. All approved cancellations done prior to receiving an order confirmation by text or email will be refunded back via store credit within 2-3 business days.

Again, once a purchase is confirmed, even prior to shipping, there can be no cancellation under any circumstance and for any reason.

How much time after receiving my non custom order do I have to ask to return the item?

We do not accept returns for any reason. If a product arrives damaged/missing parts please contact Colby at 916-692-0554 or kindly email sales@hawkinswoodshop.com. Rest assured, we'll help get you a free replacement or free delivery of any missing parts.

Shipping delays or other factors beyond our family's immediate control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund.

Orders lost by a carrier are not grounds for cancellation. All lost or damaged delivered orders will be replaced free of charge.

Given its hand made and hand-finished nature, variations and imperfections in solid, real-wood furniture are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is an original and no two pieces are exactly alike. By their nature, wood planks may be somewhat uneven and may develop small cracks and cup or bow over time due to changes in temperature or humidity. We believe this only enhances the furniture's rustic, unique character.

There are no cancellations or refunds on built-to-order furniture.

This item is wonderful It has not only helped my Tennis Elbow, but it has strengthened my arm so much that my arm fatigue is much less overall. This means that late in 2 hour or longer matches when my shots used to get sloppy, I am still nearly as precise as I was at the beginning. This is huge. It has been a big advantage over my opponents. Surprisingly, all I have to do is 3 sets of 15 repetitions of the Tyler Twist spread through the day, every day to get this benefit. I don't use it on days I play, but some people do to help warm up.
To be clear, when my elbow was acute I was using the red bar and not playing for about 2 weeks then I started playing again but only at 40% of skill level. Lots of shots and serves were too painful to make. In another 2 weeks I got to perhaps 60% of skill level and progressed to green. After 6 weeks I was at 95% of skill level and using blue once a day. A month later I was using blue all the time. The first twist sometimes hurts a bit but it gets better as I warm up.
I read on a Tennis blog that green is the bar for women and blue for men. My girlfriend likes the red bar. the main thing is to find the one that does not hurt much to use and build up to the next level if you are interested in that.
5 months on and I am completely cured and use the blue bar regularly for strengthening!

Got a bad case of tennis elbow playing tennis in October 2020. Stopped playing, iced, massaged, stretched, massaged gun, took ibuprofen, heat therapy, the forearm / elbow tendon area for close to 5 months. Even saw an orthopedic who gave me a cortisone shot at week 8. The cortisone shot in conjunction with heavy ibuprofen at week 8 more or less got rid of the pain that persisted for day to day activities such as gripping things. But if I tried to swing a tennis racquet with any force, there was still pain in my upper forearm area. This upper forearm pain has pretty much persisted for 4.75 months when I tried to hit against the wall. I played one time after 4.5 months and my tennis elbow flared up again and I was probably only hitting at 50-70%. Desperate, I started doing more research and stumbled upon the Tyler Twist exercises with the Theraband Flexbar. Started March 1, 2021 and after the 1st week I could feel the tennis elbow pain going down. After three weeks of at least 3 sets of 15 (some days I did more), I finally tried to hit against the wall and to my amazement I could do it with practically no pain. I then played tennis a few days later for maybe 1/2 hour and didn't go all out but I finished playing without reaggravating my tennis elbow. I'm now a firm believer of the Tyler Twist to heal tennis elbow. My elbow still isn't 100% but I can now play tennis again pain free. This thing is a life saver if you want to get back on to the court sooner than later! As I mentioned earlier, I tried everything and nothing worked until this. I will continue to do the Tyler Twist daily and before I play tennis. I got the green one and it worked perfectly for me - I do a lot of resistance band training so I feel my arms were already strong if that helps any.

Incredible recommendation from my doctor--who had suffered from the same issues I had-- tendons from wrist to elbow, affecting my shoulder. He'd said- don't bother with the physical therapist, use this. He'd gotten tennis elbow during medical school--and this is what they all used! He was right. He told me I'd have about 3 weeks of excruciating pain then it would leave--and it did. Of course, I'm prescriptive in my use--after every session on the computer I use it, and my tendons crack, snapple and pop. Now I'm purchasing another for my husband who plays golf and hockey--and it's working for him. Just wow. Get this and a spare in case your spouse needs its too! Highly recommend
