How long does it take to fully charge?
When you get this vacuum, it only has about 30% battery power, before you first use it, please use the original adapter to charge for 4-5 hours fully. After fully charged, the vacuum will work up to 45 mins on standard mode, 15-20 mins on Max mode.
What is the input voltage of the charger? Does it work on 220V?
Yes. The power adapter of this N5T cordless vacuum ceaner can apply to 100-240V.
The HEPA filter comes with a mesh wrap around it with a little blue tab. Do I leave that on or remove it before use?
Please leave it on. When cleaning, you can remove the mesh wrap, and the mesh and steel drum can be washed with water. The HEPA filter should be cleaned dry with cleaning gadget. Ensure the filters are completely dry before refitting.
What”s the difference between N5S and N5T ?
The only difference is the battery, the battery of N5T is upgraded, both of the runtime is 40-45 mins on standard mode, 15-20 mins on Max mode. The battery of N5S and N5T cannot be universal.

Cost for custom furniture delivery is based on your proximity to your personal Hawkins Woodshop furniture artisan. You are assigned and introduced to your HW carpenter after purchase. Delivery cost is paid directly to your HW personal furniture artisan 2-3 days prior to scheduled delivery via any payment method you chose (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, FB Pay, Check, Cash, Credit Card, etc).
