1: How do I re-pair the fan and remote control?
Make sure the remote has enough battery power, Press and hold the “ALL OFF” key on the remote for about 5 seconds until you you hear two beeps, indicating successful pairing.

2: How to set the memory function for the light?
Turn off the power to the ceiling fan, turn it back on within 10 seconds, adjust the light to the color you want, then turn off the light and wait for 15 seconds. Use the “All Off” button to turn it on, and it will remember the last setting.

3: What should I do if parts of ceiling fan are damaged or lost during installation or transportation?
Please contact the seller Forrovenco on the order page for a free replacement of parts. They will help you resolve any issues.

4: The lights work but the fan doesn’t work, what should I do?
Please check if the wiring is correct. Are the wire terminals on the motor loose? Lastly, try re-pairing the remote control, If it still doesn’t work properly, please contact the seller for a new receiver and remote.

5: Can we use a wall switch to control the brightness and speed of the ceiling fan?
No, the fan cannot be used with a wall switch that has speed control or dimming functions. However, you can conveniently control the fan using the provided remote control.
