Does this turntable include speakers?
This turntable doesn’t include speakes, and it doesn’t have built-in speakers. You need to connect an external speaker to get the sound.The turntable has Bluetooth connectivity that allows pairing with wireless speakers too.

The bluetooth can not be connected again,how to fix it?
Please try completely powering off your device and turn on the bluetooth again.

The turntable keeps turning too slowly after a period of use, any suggestion?
Please try to replace the belt.

Power off automatically after the end of the playback, how to fix this problem?
This is normal,if you don’t use the record player for over 21 minutes,it will automatically power off,and you have to turn off the power switch and and turn it on again when you play.

Tonearm shaking too much, making records unplayable, why?
Please re-adjust the tonearm and make sure it is neutrally balanced before the counterweight tracking force is set up.
TIPS
Recently some customers say the bluetooth connection has problem.There are two attention below:
1. 2 Minutes Searching and Pairing
This turntable will connect to the nearest Bluetooth speaker.If after 2 minutes no Bluetooth speaker can be found to pair with,the Bluetooth transmitter will become inactive and the LED will turn off if you need to connect again,power off the turntable and the speaker then power on again.You will find the bluetooth LED Flashing,and your bluetooth speaker will say:”The bluetooth is connected”.
2.20 Minutes Power Off if not playing the vinyls.
If you stop playing the vinyls after 20 minutes,the turntable will power off and bluetooth will be disconnected,you will have to turn off the power and turn on the Power again for bluetooth LED Flashing and repairing.
At last,if you connect the turntable and there is no Bluetooth LED Light on and flashing,come back for us or ask Amazon to replace a new one.Sorry for the inconvience caused!We are committed to providing you with better quality and better service.
