Delivery for imported, manufactured furniture by our production partners is FREE NATIONWIDE!

No costly prime membership is required nor is any bogus minimum order amount required.

Delivery time varies based on the product but is typically 2-5 business days, but may be up to 4+ weeks for large freight items like couches.

LOCALLY MADE TO ORDER, SOLID WOOD FURNITURE

Average turn-around time from date of purchase till pick-up or delivery of a made to order solid-wood furniture purchase is 4-6 weeks. Turn-around may be as short as 2 weeks and as long as 12 weeks.

Nearly all custom furniture orders may be picked up for free within 60 miles of any metropolitan area in the continental United States.

However, local delivery for custom furniture is also available!

Cost for custom furniture delivery is based on your proximity to your personal Hawkins Woodshop furniture artisan. You are assigned and introduced to your HW carpenter after purchase. Delivery cost is paid directly to your HW personal furniture artisan 2-3 days prior to scheduled delivery via any payment method you chose (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, FB Pay, Check, Cash, Credit Card, etc).

Built-to-order furniture delivery rates are:
< 20 miles = $89.97
21-45 miles = $129.97
46-74 miles = $189.97
75-100 miles = $269.97
101-130 miles = $349.97

Returns & Cancellations

We've two categories of products for sale.

#1) Solid hardwood custom furniture that we make locally in every region throughout the United States. #2) Non custom furniture manufactured by our production partners. Each item on our store has its origin listed in its product description as made-to-order in the USA or imported from overseas. Kindly note, misunderstanding a product's origin isn't grounds for a cancellation or refund.

Non Custom Furniture Returns & Cancellations:

How much time after I purchase do I have to cancel for a refund?

In extenuating circumstances, customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase via texting 916-692-0554 or emailing sales@hawkinswoodshop.com. There are no refunds on any orders after 24 hours of purchase for any reason. If an order is lost during delivery we will arrange a free replacement. If an order is delivered damaged or missing parts we will procure free replacement parts for you from the manufacturer. Kindly note, buyer's remorse, delays during COVID, etc are not valid for cancellations/refunds.

Will you refund me back onto my card?

All approved order cancellations will be reimbursed via store credit only, minus a 15% fee.

How much time after receiving my non custom order do I have to ask to return the item?

We do not accept returns for any reason. If a product arrives damaged/missing parts please contact Colby at 916-692-0554 or kindly email sales@hawkinswoodshop.com. Rest assured, we'll help get you a free replacement or free delivery of any missing parts.

Delays during the COVID-19 pandemic do not constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund. Everyone is trying their best, including us. Supply chains have been decimated across the world. Thank you for your patience and understanding if we experience a hiccup with your order's supply chain.

Orders lost by a carrier are not grounds for cancellation. All lost or damaged delivered orders will be replaced free of charge.

Given its hand made and hand-finished nature, variations and imperfections in solid, real-wood furniture are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is an original and no two pieces are exactly alike. By their nature, wood planks may be somewhat uneven and may develop small cracks and cup or bow over time due to changes in temperature or humidity. We believe this only enhances the furniture's rustic, unique character.

There are no cancellations or refunds on built-to-order furniture.

But please don't fret, there are lots of reasons we have so many 5 star reviews from customers. Perhaps the biggest reason is we LOVE our customers! We work until you are completely satisfied, & offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee at time of delivery or pick-up.

I have purchased Linenspa memory foam before. I like how quickly it puffs up out of the package and bounces back from use. I bought this 2” to firm up the back cushions on a couch. See pics. I just cut the memory foam to size and stuff it on the back side of the cushions. I have done this a few times before and it has lasted over 2 years and counting. I have also used their 3” for a padded headboard.

My boyfriend and I wanted something to make our bed softer while also providing more support. His back has been sore, and we think it was from my mattress. We came across this, and it's perfect! It's soft, forms to our bodies, and it doesn't get hot. It feels like we're sleeping on a cloud! :)

I've added pictures to demonstrate the added thickness, as well as what the topper will look like when you first roll it out vs. when it decompresses. The pad may appear too short for the bed at first, but don't worry! It extends to the full length of the bed once it's decompressed. (I almost thought they sent the wrong size - until it actually decompressed.)

There was a slight odor when the product first came out of the package. I thought it smelled like some kind of chemical, and my boyfriend said it smelled like linen. It went away within an hour, though.

I would definitely buy this again if I needed another topper! I strongly recommend it!

Bought this mattress topper for our guest bedroom. Since we only have the bed for guests we never really cared about how comfy the mattress was in the room. That all changed when I came down with the flu and quarantined myself in the guest bedroom hoping my husband wouldn't catch the germs. It was a rough night sleeping on the cheap mattress we have in that bedroom. The next morning I woke up determined to find a solution without having to invest in a whole new mattress for that room. I read some great reviews on this brand of mattress topper and decided to try it out, worst case scenario we would be out $40. It arrived in the mail in a vacuum sealed package. The instructions said to open, lay the topper out and it would take up to 24 hours for it to open up to its full size. I noticed within 30 minutes it went from being flat as a pancake, to thick and full. I waited until that night to sleep on it, so it was maybe out of the package for 8 hours, 10 max. It made such a HUGE difference. It felt like I was sleeping on a new, good quality, mattress. I spent two additional nights sleeping on it until I was no longer sick, and ready to go back to my own bed. Unfortunately my husband ended up getting sick despite my best efforts. He spent a couple nights in the guest bedroom so his coughing and sniffling wouldn't keep me up and he noticed how much more comfortable the mattress is now that we have the memory foam topper. I hope it continues to hold up its quality, if in a couple months I notice it isn't doing a good job anymore I will update my review. Keep in mind that after somebody has been sitting or laying in the bed it will take a little while for the memory foam to retake its original form. It won't pop back up to two inches immediately, so don't expect it to. Other then that, it was worth the small price it cost to make a bed more comfortable to sleep on, so it's worth the investment.

First of all, I was looking at 4 inch mattress pads and was positive I needed that in order to cure my back problems. All these mattress pads were 100 plus dollars, a bit more than I was wanting to spend. I stumbled upon this pad and looked at all the incredible reviews, and figured for 50 bucks it was certainly worth a shot. I have had back problems (I'm only 26) for many years now, but I have a very physical job and often have to sleep in uncomfortable camping scenarios for long periods of time. My mattress at home is a relatively cheap memory foam gel mattress from Walmart, and it is really really firm. My back was starting to KILL me. Really achey and woke me up in the night. I have slept on this pad now for 4 nights and it has really really helped my back. I am hopeful that with time I will be feeling 100% I wouldn't even want a thicker mattress pad in hindsight, the 2 inches is certainly enough, although I am less than 110lb so a larger person may need more support. I am SO happy with this pad! It seems like a really high quality dense memory foam material, ignore any reviews that say it is like the egg crate pads, it is nothing like that. It does have a really strong chemical smell out of the package, so definitely air it out for awhile. I strongly recommend this pad!

UPDATE***

I have now had this mattress pad for a few weeks and I just wanted to come back and say that I swear my back is 100% better. I have honestly been having problems for years and years but never realized it was because my mattress was too firm. This 50 bucks was the best money I have ever spent.

Just received the mattress topper yesterday. Mine did NOT smell and immediately plumped up after I carefully cut off the plastic wrapping. I let it air out for a few hours like the instructions said. Had no problems putting it on my bed. I got a king size and it did hang over the sides a little on the width. I put it on the mattress, then put the mattress protector and then the fitted sheet. That seemed to pull the overage down and wasn’t very noticeable anymore. Slept on it last night and it was very comfy! Didn’t really notice any cooling effects. I would recommend however to have roomy sheets. Especially if your mattress is already high like mine.

***update***
Ok it’s official, this mattress topper is kitty cat approved! Ziggy and Muffin give it 5 stars! 😂 (see 2nd pic) 😻
